Payten is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Mount Royal Univeristy, completing her 2200 Hr program.  Her mission is to provide a therapeutic and professional approach when treating her clients. 

Payten has been active in sports for years, dance in particular which makes her passionate about working with the rehabiltation of injuries. 

She can also include dynamic cupping into her treatments to help with pain management.
